If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as per your confirmed custom order, you are eligible for a free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with:
Your order number – Clear photos/videos of the issue – Brief description of the complaint

Once your complaint is verified, we will arrange a free exchange and deliver the replacement product to your address at no extra cost. You do not need to pay any courier or handling charges.
